With fully filling in and sending us the booking request form, you will generate an e-mail sent to the hostel with the info filled in. We will answer this e-mail in 24 hours to the e-mail address given by you and...:

If we have availability, you will get our booking confirmation by e-mail securing you a room(s)/apartment at the hostel. No further action will be required from you later on, just arrive to the hostel as you booked! (If your plans changed meanwhile, do not miss to inform us! See our cancellation terms as well!)

If we can not give you a room(s) for the dates asked, we will inform you about which alternative dates we can do this for or/and offer you an alternative accommodation (alternative booking possibility).

We would like to stress that filling in and sending us this booking request form does not mean that your booking is secured, you need the booking confirmation about this from the Beds N' Roses Hostel & Guesthouse Budapest!

Then simply send us an e-mail. You have to have a valid credit card with funds on it. In this case 10% of the whole booked stay costs will be debited to your credit card bank account right after you booked, the remaining 90% shall be paid cash at arrival to the hostel.
