The easiests way to
book
us
is
to make online booking
(reserve
a hostel room with secured booking)
In this case
your
booking will be automatically secured, so
there
is no
need of a
separate
confirmation by our hostel!
(anyway, we may ask you to
reconfirm your arrival time by separate e-mail)
You have to have a valid credit card
but it will NOT be charged by us. (only 1,5 eur that goes
for the booking engine)

Important notes:
1/ please advise your

phone (possibly mobile phone live during your
journey)
2/ payment is cash at arrival, we do not accept credit card
payments at arrival
3/ please advise your real expected arrival time to the hostel
(we do not keep all day reception )

If you do not see
availability at the online engine, if you would like to book
more rooms at one time or you do not have credit card, please
write us an
e-mail. (For group bookings please do NOT book online: write
us an e-mail!)

II. E-mail booking:

with the next info:
- your full name &
address:
- contact phone (possibly mobile phone live also during
your
journey):
- room type and number of persons:
- date of arrival (write the month with letters):
- expected
time of arrival (if changes later, try to advise):
- number of nights to stay at the hostel:
-
passport or ID card number:
If
you e-mail us the required info above, in case of
availability,
you will get our
booking confirmation by e-mail securing you a room(s)/apartment.
No separate
action will be required from you later on, although we
normally ask for reconfirmaton of our booking confirmation by
a short e-mail from you.
If you
send us an E-MAIL
you will
need our booking confirmation,
only then you will have valid booking with us!
